Rifle Drill Training with UC-CCJE Criminology Interns

On February 14, 2026, the Criminology Practicum Interns of Class SANGHAYA–MAHARLIKA participated in a Rifle Drill training. This event took place at the West Quirino Hill Covered Court in Baguio City. Personnel from the Regional Mobile Force Battalion 15 facilitated the training session.

The training focused on several key areas, including proper rifle handling and basic drill commands. Participants worked on their coordination and maintained discipline in formation. Throughout the drill, the facilitators ensured that the interns practiced precision and timing. Teamwork was a major focus, and everyone observed safety protocols at all times during the exercises.

The rifle drill was successful in enhancing the interns’ confidence, bearing, and discipline. These activities reinforced essential skills and values that are necessary for their preparation for law enforcement service.

This activity aligns with UN Sustainable Development Goal 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions) by promoting the development of disciplined and well-trained future law enforcement officers. It also supports SDG 4 (Quality Education) by providing practical, specialized training that prepares students for their professional careers.
