The University of the Cordilleras Philippine Air Force Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (UC-PAF ROTC) showcased discipline, excellence, and resilience during the Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI) 2025, held on October 19, 2025, at Challenger’s Field, 2nd Air Reserve Center, Clark Air Base, Mabalacat City, Pampanga.
The UC-PAF ROTC Cadet Officers along with the delegation, led by Sir Thomas Edguid, represented the university with pride and dedication. The inspection aimed to evaluate the readiness and ability of cadet units across administrative, tactical, and field performance areas. It also looked to reinforce leadership, teamwork, and patriotism among future citizen-soldiers.
Despite the challenging weather conditions brought by Tropical Storm Ramil, the UC-PAF ROTC unit showed remarkable adaptability and composure throughout the event. Their outstanding performance earned them the recognition of 2nd Runner-Up, marking another milestone in the organization’s continued pursuit of excellence in training and service.

The inspection began early in the morning and featured a series of rigorous activities, including drill and parade evaluations, field exercises, and administrative assessments. After the formal inspection, they organizers conducted a meeting and an open forum for coordinators and officers to discuss significant conclusions and performance appraisal.
Through this experience, cadet officers enhanced essential military values such as discipline, punctuality, and teamwork, while also strengthening their tactical skills and readiness for real-world challenges. The event ended with the UC-PAF ROTC members maintaining their dedication to the principles of leadership, discipline, and service to the nation.
