CCJE Leadership Training and Team-Building 2024: Strengthening Leadership and Fostering Unity

In a bid to cultivate strong, effective, and collaborative leadership, the College Student Council (CSC) of the College of Criminal Justice Education (CCJE), in partnership with the UC-Peer Facilitators Organization, spearheaded a Leadership Training and Team-Building Activity on March 9, 2024.

The event gathered student leaders from the CSC, Locard’s Society of Forensic Science, CP2, and Forensic Science Interns, providing them with a platform to enhance their leadership skills, foster teamwork, and strengthen their commitment to serving their fellow students.

Through a series of engaging activities, participants delved into leadership principles, decision-making strategies, and effective communication techniques. The team-building exercises reinforced the importance of collaboration, trust, and resilience—key qualities essential for student leaders navigating academic and organizational responsibilities.

The event underscored the commitment of CCJE to SDG 4: Quality Education, ensuring that student leaders receive holistic development that extends beyond academics. By equipping them with vital leadership and teamwork skills, the initiative empowers future professionals in criminology and forensic science to become proactive agents of positive change.

The Leadership Training and Team-Building 2024 not only forged stronger connections among student leaders but also ignited a renewed sense of purpose and accountability. As these empowered individuals embark on their journeys, they are set to cultivate a more vibrant, inclusive, and engaged student community at the University of the Cordilleras.
