On December 4, 2023, the University of the Cordilleras’ College of Criminal Justice Education (UC-CCJE), in collaboration with the Rights2Life Project, conducted an impactful Information Education Campaign and Sports Clinic at Tocmo Integrated School. This initiative participated by the Criminology Practicum students and College Student Council officers, aimed to cultivate essential values among young learners. By integrating educational sessions with sports activities, UC-CCJE sought to deliver a comprehensive approach to character development and community engagement.

To facilitate this endeavor, the team provided vital sports equipment, including volleyballs, nets, and other necessary items, to enable a variety of physical activities. The sports clinic promoted teamwork, discipline, and resilience, fostering constructive peer interactions among participants.

Both the Information Education Campaign and the establishment of a sports clinic highlighted UC-CCJE’s dedication to empowering youth by imparting knowledge on respect, responsibility, and self-discipline. This initiative not only supported character growth but also improved students’ understanding of their role in fostering a safe and positive environment. UC-CCJE’s persistent commitment to societal advancement through educational outreach and partnership-building reflects its mission to develop an informed, engaged, and resilient generation poised to lead with integrity.
